Due to limitations with technology, items displayed online may not be exactly as shown. For instance, fabric and leather colours, as well as wood stains may show differently. It is the customer’s responsibility to review any products with our sales associates prior to order.

Also, items are subject to prior sale. While we strive to maintain accuracy, pricing is subject to change/correction.

Cancellation policy

Please note that all sales are final. Orders are processed as soon as they are received, and we are unable to offer an exchange, return or refund.

In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel, subject to a 40% cancellation fee

Order times

Anticipated order times are given in good faith, based on our past experience with specific vendors. However, there may be delays due to factors beyond our control. Stated order times are therefore approximate and cannot be guaranteed. Although rare, orders can sometimes be delayed upto 90 days from the originally stated time.

We will always strive to keep you updated about any such delays.

Please note that we will be unable to cancel ordersif there are delays beyond our control.

Space requirements

Measurements of all products are available either on our website or with your sales associate. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that there is adequate space through elevators, doors etc. to deliver the item. As well, please ensure that the piece will be appropriately sized for the room.

Delivery service

Living Expressions uses third-party professional delivery companies to fulfill deliveries to customers. Delivery policies are therefore governed by policies of these third-party companies.

In general, deliveries are to customer’s front door, unless stated otherwise at the time of order. If white-glove delivery is chosen, such delivery is made on the customer’s responsibility. While our trained and experienced delivery team will make every effort to conduct a smooth delivery, we will not be responsible for any damage to private property.

Warranties / Claims

At the time of delivery, our delivery team will provide every opportunity for you to inspect the product. If there are any issues, please notify us immediately and we will make every effort to resolve the issue – either by replacement, repair or refund, at our discretion.

It is the manufacturer’s warranty that will apply to all products, and details are available with your sales associate. Please note that if products require to be transported for service, extra charges may apply.

Finally, floor models and clearance items are heavily discounted, and therefore sold on an as-is, final sale basis. No warranties or guarantees will apply.


Payments for orders are due in full prior to delivery. All goods will remain property of Living Expressions until paid in full.
